*The international stroke care quality improvement registry RES-Q is now also available for providers of prehospital stroke care. EMS companies that capture prehospital stroke care data in RES-Q receive feedback and analysis that help them identify and troubleshoot areas that need improvement. By capturing data in RES-Q, your EMS becomes eligible for the EMS Angels Awards.
ANGELS DATA ACTION MONTH is a twice-yearly activation of quality monitoring in stroke care.

European Emergency Data Project
Both the ESO's Action Plan For Stroke in Europe and the WSO's Global Stroke Services Guidelines and Action Plan assert that data collection to monitor performance is a requirement for improving the quality of stroke care.
The EMS Angels Awards Program, endorsed by the WSO and EUSEM, incentivizes data collection and provides feedback that helps EMS identify quality gaps and take targeted action to improve their stroke care and deliver better outcomes for stroke patients.
